ECLIPSE is open to ASME members who have between three and ten years workforce experience since receiving their ME degrees. Persons who have served as LDI or MLP interns are not eligible to participate. The application deadline is January 15th, 2008.
Required Attachments: (1) A statement of no more than two pages outlining the experiences and abilities that qualify you for an internship, your anticipated future involvement in ASME, and any other information which would be of value to the selection committee. Include the reasons for wanting to intern with the unit you specified above. (2) A letter of reference from an ASME member who has knowledge of your abilities and interests. (3) A statement from your employer indicating time away from office support OR a request that ASME contact the employer to seek such support if you are selected for an internship.
